1. Your health comes first

TIFFxDAN offers workouts and general fitness information, not medical advice. Talk to your doctor before starting any exercise program, especially if you're pregnant, injured, recovering, or have a health condition. Stop if something hurts, feels wrong, or you feel dizzy or short of breath.

Exercise has risks, including injury. You choose which workouts to do and how hard to push, and you take part at your own risk. Use equipment that's in good condition and a space that's safe for moving.

2. Your account

• You need to be 18 or older to create an account.
• You sign in with your email and a one-time code. Keep access to your email secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
• Your membership is for you. Please don't share your account or resell access.

3. Memberships, trials and billing

• Auto-renewal. Memberships renew automatically, monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose, at the price shown when you join, until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Free trial. First-time members get a free trial (the length is shown when you join). You add a card to start it. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your membership starts and your card is charged. We email you before your trial ends.
• Cancelling. Cancel any time in the app (You → Manage membership). You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give refunds for partly used periods, except where the law requires it.
• Pausing. Monthly members can pause for 1 to 3 months. While paused there are no charges and no access; it resumes on its own, or you can come back early, which starts a new month that day.
• Price changes. If we change the price of your plan, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.
• Members from our previous app. If you were a member in our previous app, your price stays the same as long as your membership continues without a break. Memberships billed by Apple or Google are managed in those stores; we can't cancel or refund them for you.

4. Programs you bought

If you bought an individual program (for example 8 Week Stronger), you have lifetime access to that program in the app at no extra cost, as long as we offer the app. Sign in with the email you used to buy it. If that email has changed, write to us and we'll move it. A program you bought doesn't include the rest of the app; that's what a membership is for.

5. Referrals

• Share your invite link. A friend who's new to TIFFxDAN gets the normal free trial.
• When they become a paying member and their first payment isn't refunded or disputed within 14 days, you get one free month as credit on your account: the price of a month on your plan, or one twelfth of a yearly plan. It comes off your next bill.
• There's no limit. Credit has no cash value, can't be transferred, and is only for card-billed memberships.
• Referring yourself, fake accounts or spam don't count. We may change or end the program; credit you've already earned stays.

6. Gift memberships

• A gift is a one-time payment for a set number of months. It doesn't renew and doesn't expire before it's redeemed.
• The person you give it to redeems it with their email. If they already have a card membership, their next payment moves out by the length of the gift; otherwise they get access for that long.
• Gift codes have no cash value. If a gift hasn't been redeemed, write to us and we'll help, including a refund where it's fair.

7. Community

Community is for encouragement, questions and wins. To keep it that way:

• Be kind. No harassment, hate, threats or bullying.
• No spam, ads or selling. No sharing other people's private information or photos without permission.
• Don't give medical advice. Share your experience, and point people to a professional when it matters.
• Posts are checked automatically and by our team, and some may be held for review. We may remove posts, and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Every member can see what you post in Community, so keep private things private.

8. Your content

You own what you create: notes, posts, photos, reviews. You give us permission to store and show it so the app works (for example, showing your post to other members). Your progress photos are private to you. We only use a photo or a review publicly if you said yes to that, with the exact wording you agreed to; you can turn photo sharing off any time and we'll stop using those photos in anything new.

9. Our content

The workouts, videos, programs, music and everything else in the app belong to us or our partners. They're for your personal use. Please don't copy, download outside the app, share, resell or publicly show them.

10. Changes and availability

We keep improving the app, which means features, workouts and programs can change. We do our best to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll tell you before the changes apply.

11. Ending your account

You can stop using TIFFxDAN any time, and ask us to delete your account (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or misuse the app; if we close yours without cause, we'll refund any unused prepaid time.

12. The legal part

The app is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where we're based, United States. If something goes wrong, please write to us first; most things can be sorted out quickly.
